"10/10, perfect experience and couldn’t ask for better. We were desperate to find a place to eat in the area, so lucky to stumble here. Our waitress and waiter were SOOOO kind and attentive (shift 19:00-21:00 3rd August 2025). The food was delicious, authentic (only French dishes on the menu) and so fairly priced. My little sister is severely allergic to eggs so she got the rumsteak with potatoes and she loved it. I was surprised it wasn’t packed. It was my cousin’s birthday and the waiter kindly celebrated with us and sung happy birthday for him when he brought out the cake. Thank you very much for making our night so wonderful."

"Came here for the French onion soup and stayed for 2 hours because of the atmosphere. Malik was our waiter and made the entire experience. His friendliness and insight to the menu made the stay very enjoyable. If its not for the food to come back its for the great hospitality. His service and kindness was enough to come back. The French toast dessert was the highlight of the meal. All the food and drink was 5 star. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asked. Ask for Malik!!!!!"

"I am shocked at the bad reviews. Me and my GF had a great experience here. The scrambled eggs with the smoked salmon were amazing. The French onion soup and the escargot were also really good. We also ordered 2 glasses and the total price was €40. The prices were not expensive. The place was really busy and the staff was still very friendly. I would come back to this place again."

"I was surprised by the low rating: 2.8 by 394 reviews as there were quite a lot of customers & the foods & menu looked ok; I was curious to see if the low rating was justified so I went in for lunch with a friend; after trying, we both felt the rating was a bit unfair as the waiters & waitresses were helpful & attentive, foods were yummy & large portions, environment was not bad, the wine introduced by the waiter was good & not expensive; we checked & found that most of the low ratings were done years ago…Battalion suggestion: provide half or mini portions to avoid food wastage"

"Very surprised this place has less than a 4.5. Service was great, food was excellent and atmosphere even better. Had the quiche lorraine and a glass of white wine for dinner. You get a chance to people watch and absorb the atmosphere in Le Marais in front row. They were extremely friendly and effective with their service. I’m writing a review to make sure others can experience this friendly Parisian place and have a special time just like I did."
